We are very lucky to live in the beautiful Mexican Caribbean and we fully enjoy everything it offers us. Therefore, we love the idea of being able to share it with you!

Always eager to undertake new projects and give our best; we are a creative and professional Team, that has been in the tourism industry since 2005.

After a few years in the tourism sector, we decided to create Eventing Planners, a company that started in 2014 providing full coordination services for weddings, events, and conventions. In order to incorporate more services for our clients, we created Eventing Travel. That offer you services such as: lodging, transportation and activities on your vacations. Or if you are looking to have an Event or Wedding in a Hotel or Venue that has a wedding package, we will help you finding the best location and all the necessary services to make it happen and create unforgettable experience. This destination offers a lot of options but we are sure that only a few of them really fit you, and we are here to make that research easier, faster and to guide you by the hand when making the difficult decision on where to host the Big Day!

Hi there, my name is Paolina!

I was born in Mexico City, and destiny brought me to live to beautiful Cancun since 2004. I studied Hotel Management and since I arrived to this paradise, I was struck by the beauty of its ecosystem and all the activities it offers.

I had the fortune to work in prestigious chains such as Marriott and Grupo Posadas, as Event Manager handling Groups and Conventions, Weddings, and Social Events.

I worked at IVI DMC, a destination management company that expanded my vision of the destination by offering integral services in logistics and planning in transportation, tours, and activities.

I am very lucky to have worked in those companies that shaped me and taught me high standards of quality service, which led me to maintain it as a lifestyle and reflect it in the services we offer at Eventing Travel and Eventing Planners.

Something I love to do in my life is to travel, because it nourishes our soul and fill us with unforgettable memories. I am ready for my next trip, are you?

Hi there, my name is Miguel!

I was born in Mexico City and studied several careers that eventually led me to Communications and Media. Most of my life, I dedicated myself working in Customer Service and Sales in the Technology industry. I worked in companies like Merch Sharp and Dohme, American Express, and Tesla Motors (nothing related to weddings or travel), but over time, I decided to move to Puerto Morelos in the Riviera Maya. I was looking for a quieter life that the bustling Mexico City couldn't afford me.

In 2018, I found the opportunity to work in the Wedding department at The Fives Resort, and I loved the business of making dreams come true. It's not something everyone can say. In such a small world, in such a short life, there's nothing better than dedicating yourself to bringing a smile to your customers.
